Over the course of my 25 years in the Financial Services industry, I noticed a recurring and costly problem: when skilled employees left, they took critical knowledge with them. The disruption that followed wasn’t just operational—it impacted morale, performance, and long-term success.
To address this, I created The Mentor Doctor—a practical solution built on research from my doctoral studies and interviews with managers, directors, and industry experts. My goal is simple: make knowledge transfer easy, fast, and practical, so individuals and businesses can thrive, even in times of change.
